Problem with Your Order?
Here is what we request:
After receiving your skincare order, you decide you are not satisfied with the performance of the product, you can simply return it to us within 10 days of delivery date, simply return the unused portion back to us and we will promptly refund your purchase price. You will have to pay to return the product(s) back to us in order to receive a refund.
Here are the 5 steps you must follow in order to receive a refund:
1. Contact us promptly for a Return Authorization Number. You cannot return items without this number!
2. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, send the unused portion back in its original box it was shipped in.
3. You must pay for any shipping costs to return the item(s)
4. We must receive the item within 10 days in order for you to receive a refund of your initial purchase price to the payment method used at time of purchase (minus shipping fees)
5. We regret to inform you that we will only refund your purchase price for the item(s)... you will NOT be reimbursed for any shipping fees associated with your purchase or return.
