What is the return policy for orders?
10 day return policy. Customer pays return shipping fees. Customer MUST CONTACT US prior to sending any item back so we can apprive the return!
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are generated by weight of product. We do not have contntrol of shipping fees. It is based on the weight of each order. We DO NOT ship outside the Continental U.S.A.
How long will it take?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We usually ship within 2 business days of orders received.
LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS NOTICE:
We do deliver within an 8 MILE RADIUS from Cheektowaga, NY. We DO NOT deliver to Buffalo or the City of Buffalo as it is not in our delivery zone. You MUST select how you would like to receive your product in order for your order to be processed correctly. We deliver WITHIN an 8 mile radius of WNY for locals. For shipping your order, you must enter your shipping address clearly so that we can provide precise shipping of your order. We cannot be responsible for wrong shipping information you enter.
