Short information
We cannot accept returns on international orders at this time.
We encourage our customers to review their selections before checking out. If there is a problem with an order, please contact us so that we can get things worked out for your quickly and effectively.
How do I initiate return/exchange?
If you are NOT satisfied with your order, we offer a 10 day return policy. Buyer will have to pay shipping fees to send the product back to us. Once we receive the item, we can issue a refund back to the initial purchase payment method used. For handbags, ALL tags must be on the item and it must be in NEW undamaged condition in order to receive a refund.
When can I expect my refund/exchange?
Refunds will be granted usually within 3 days of receiving items back.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If there is a problem with your initial order. Please contact us immediately to address your concerns. Once order ships, usually within 2 days of order placement, we cannot modify the order.
