Why was I charged sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for NYS residents only.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. However, if you notify us in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, we can in most cases, cancel the order.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. All orders are shipped U.S.P.S. Mail.
What is your return/exchange policy?
10 day return policy upon approval for return by our company. Customer pays return shipping fee on all returns.

10 day return policy on orders. Customer MUST CONTACT us first for authorization for return. If you send an item back without notifying us first, then we cannot issue a refund.
